SKILLS & TECHNOLOGIES
The T10-C belongs to the family of non-directional parachutes, used in massive jumps of personnel.
The parachute is designed for tethered jumps and consists of a 35-feet parabolic canopy, made of antilacerant nylon.
At the edge of the canopy there is an anti-inversion net whose purpose is to minimize the risks
of malfunction during deployment. In this way, the system’s reliability and robustness are drastically improved.
The MIRPS ventral reserve parachute, is designed for use with the main parachutes T10-C.
The canopy is made of nylon, has a circular shape with a diameter of 24 feet.
The activation of this reserve parachute is entrusted to the soldier who acts by pulling a handle mounted on the housing.
