The wide and long-lasting experience in parachuting systems allows Arescosmo to design and manufacture Planetary Descent Systems, which can be composed by a single and multistage, supersonic and subsonic parachute systems for the descent phase in planetary exploration missions.

Within the framework of the ExoMars Mission, Arescosmo has been awarded by ESA to supply the 35m diameter subsonic parachute.
